The transaction is for a titled mahogany plantation in the Dominican Republic (~365 hectares) including the standing timber (approx. 60,000 mature trees) and associated rights conveyed in the title and sale documents.

Is this an asset sale or corporate sale?

By default, the materials assume an asset sale. Alternative structures can be discussed if preferred by the buyer and supported by counsel/tax advisors.

What is the asking price and timeline?

Asking price is $15.9M with a targeted closing timeline of ~90 days and an indicative 10% deposit upon LOI/definitive pathway.

What diligence materials are available?

Can we visit the property?

Yes. Site visits can be arranged for qualified parties after NDA and initial screening.
